I have tried to connect to both Windows and Raspberry. Neither have mouse or keyboard control.

OpenterfaceQT on a UConsole. It only displays a HDMI window.

you may Identify *OpenterfaceQT * app id
flatpak list --app

and then flatpak uninstall --delete-data <app-id>
